• avoid sun tanning beds

• avoid chemical peels one week prior to treatment

• wait 14 days after treatment before getting Botox

• wait 14 days after treatment before getting dermal filler

• do not use Retin-A or other exfoliating creams for 72 hours after your treatment

• use an SPF of 30 or higher daily

• use warm/tepid water to cleanse face—Do not use hot water
